Here at The Startup Factory, we have about 4,000 SQ FT of pretty cool space down in the American Underground here at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham.
Dave and I operate the seed investment program 6 months of the year and the current companies can stay for free right up to the arrival of the next crew.
We also have extra space for previous companies at some pretty low co-working like rates.
Right now we have 1 of our 2 “private” offices available. Terms are pretty light – 45 days notice for $675 and fits 4-6 people. Plus you get to see Dave everyday.
