1st Big Top Event Magical

Over 250 regional job seekers joined 15 Software Tech companies in a first-of-its-kind event held over in Durham at American Tobacco’s Bay 7. In a reversal of your typical job fair, the 15 companies each had 3 minutes to pitch the audience on why they should come work for them. Somewhere between 50 and 80 job openings were available.

Set in an informal and comfortable setting (complete with circus performers, hot dogs, popcorn and peanuts) – the audience was able to seek out favorite companies and company reps were able to recruit in a energetic networking after the pitches.
