Startups are Complex – Strive for Simple

One thing I want you to get from the book is to share your startup idea with as many people as possible.  Most talk to 1 or 2 close professional friends who decide to support you not the idea.  Find at least 5 or preferably 10 targeted people and buy them a coffee or beer and tell them your idea.  Listen to what they ask and what they comment on.  They are your first customers.
