If salary is your only deciding factor you will ultimately make a bad decision.

Each one of us has been there. Its that feeling that I might rather be hit by a truck than go to work today. The project is not inspiring, the client does not get it, or your boss has no interest in helping you manage your career. When we spend a third of our life at work this can really be impactful. A recent INC.com article indicated that around 80% of us are looking for new work.

If this is you–I am sorry. I am lucky that I have rarely if ever felt this way. Maybe it’s why I am an entrepreneur who charts my own path. (If I hate my job it is my own fault for putting me there, right?) I have most always felt in control of my destiny and have no fear in changing directions when ready to do so.
